I've lost claimed properly Twitch Drops but didn't pick them up from Mail box because I didn't know they expire apparently in 2 days. Lost Mount, Pet, Trophies ;/

Can any Dev confirm they expire in 2 days not in 30 days like any other mail?

And big question is there a chance to restore at least mount for my slayer?

Yes. They expire. There's been warnings on all the communication to pick them up when you claim them.

Ok I might be wrong about this but ... these information that You shared say about UNCLAMIED drops.

Mine was claimed within 24h of initial drop.

Unless by claim You mean Claim AND Claim via mail.

People are used to 30 day expiration of mail.

I guees I'm not the first one that didn't know about this.

Wargrimnir answered your question and I just wanted to paste the multiple announcements we shared, that's all.

I guess future messaging will need to include "claim your rewards from the website and take them out of your mail because we know all the tricky ways that people will try to keep items that have an expiration attached them from starting to expire as long as possible so they can be the only ones that have items well after they should have expired which causes questions about how players got things that clearly no one else has and they probably shouldn't have them at this point for events that expired months ago and everyone already lost their expiring items from it" but maybe we also won't do that.
