Return of Reckoning

I've linked my account to Twitch and successfully claimed the first 2 rewards and received the in-game mail.

However, the next 8 rewards have been claimed to the same character, but none of these have been received in-game. Claimed them last night (21 hours ago).

Any help would be appreciated

Can you both send me the screenshots of your claimed rops (just like Deadlinger's screenshot) on Discord?

I'd like to see if I can identify the issue and look for a solution, also I want to see if all of your cases are related, it'll help you and everyone else in future events.

Note: I'm not confirming that there will be any sort of compensation or refund, it's not my decision to make and as a general policy, we do not compensate or refund anything lost, whatever was the reason.
