Return of Reckoning

I recently tried to make my guild heraldry and followed the instructions to do it twice to confirm, the emblem did not show up. The colors on my cloak changed but no emblem. I payed the 100g, is there any way i can have this fixed?

The heraldry should be reserved and saved. It should show up when your guild hits rank 20.
