How to get loot from chest in keeps/Forts

Hi, iam pretty new at ror and played warhammer back in the Day on live servers . Cant remember anymore how to get loot from keep chests. Did a few keep raids but never got loot. If i remember correctly it was contribution based? Or is it random who gets loot? Is there a roll for loot Option i didnt see? And is there a list like public quests where u can see who got loot?
