Return of Reckoning

I was playing on my Choppa! when Poof! when ever i mouse over anything it will not display any thing, items,armor,weapons.. when i click to join a party for pvp it will not tell me where they are or what lvl the group is. i have try'd rebooting- repair- redownload. nothing is working can anyone help?
