Return of Reckoning

Hi, forgot my pass and now i can't log in the game or forums to recover ir, tryed recover option via e-mail but don't get it(nothing in spamm folder too).No idea in what e-mail is recorded since my main is able to create a new account and this one is just used to write my problem.
