sound bugs out when teleporting in game

hi guys and gals i just downloaded the 171k files for the game and i noticed that everytime i teleport to an instance or rvr the sound bugs and it just turns the music off and plays a wierd noise on a loop..i hope the information i provided can help can anyone help me out here?
