Return of Reckoning

Anybody else use the Craft Value Tip mod?

I have version 1.5.8 installed. And I was surprised when a friend told me I should be seeing... in the Crafting Vendor... when I hover over Talisman fragments... the name of the Skill that that fragment is supposed to buff! Instead, I've been seeing variations of the phrase "Effect = <some number>". i.e. "Effect=39"

Tried disabling and re-enabling the AddOn. No change.

Apparently, if I read through the small text carefully, I should be able to see what exactly is going to get buffed by the fragment. Not sure what all this "Effect=507" stuff is all about, though.
