Return of Reckoning

Since I remember, in some patches ago - and someone let me know if I'm wrong - marauder pull and WL pull was limited for the same ground. None of these classes could pull a player from higher ground like top of the walls, towers or elevated platforms like the one in Sanctuary of Dreams bo in Eataine.

What happened is that I was over this elevated platform on SoD and a marauder, on the lower terrain (and I mean lower terrain because he wasnt even on the BO ground terrain but on the lil slope) pulled me from the top of the platform.

Was it an exploit, Is marauder pull broken or it's working correctly? Should I open a tread on bugtracker for this exploit? Because I'm sure marauders shouldn't do that, but I don't know if I lost something in some patch.

You are wrong. While there is an elevation limitation, that limitation is not "same ground" or frankly, the pull abilities wouldn't be functional as there are minor elevation changes in terrain all over most zones.

You can't pull someone from an X threshold height difference, I'm not sure what that "exact" threshold is, but you can't pull people if you are significantly lower than they are. If they are on a slight raised platform or hill, you can pull them.

I don't exactly recall the exact platform you are referencing in your post, but its likely "not high enough" to not get pulled from. If its the one in the center of Eataine that is circular with multiple holes in it that you can walk under, then yes you can pull people who are on top of that, it's not very tall.

You cannot pull of keep walls for instance, that is "too much of a height difference".
