Defensive stats below zero

Hello people. I would like to know if when I put a value of less than zero in critical reduction for example, will this below zero have any effect?

For ciritical hit chance reduction yes. You have a base chance to be crit based on your initiative and your opponent has a crit chance. You can reduce both with -crit until you will no longer be critically hit.
