While in game i get frequent freezes and black screens

Hey i got a huge problem and it drives me crazy :/
I have this issue only with this game. No reshade installed no UI only addons that were in game available
While in game i get constant freezes for like 5s then it goes to black screen and then i get back in game totaling 10s staying there like a a total loser
Looks like my gfx drivers crash. I cleaned installed drivers etc redownloaded the game and also i changed to a new gfx , same issue
Same happens if i have addons disabled
My rig:
W10 64bit
ryzen 7 2700x
16GB ram
R9 380 gfx and also same issue with a new RX 570
Playing a DoK this drives me crazy :/
