After Update constant lag and rubberbanding. Tried relogging but it didn not help.

Have you tried closing the launcher and re-opening it?

Yes multiple times even used repair . Server disconnects every once in a while

1) Temp disable any AV
2) Ensure the entire WAR game directory is set to read/write
3) Close/kill everything and re-run the launcher "as admin"
4) Wait until the file patcher completes
5) Repeat steps 1-2
6) Login, place abilities back on toolbar.
7) If the problem still persists (like it did for me),
8) Close/kill everything and re-run the launcher "as admin"
9) Force a full file repair (this fixed things for me)

Try remove stuff under cache directory

After several restarts launcher started another long update, and everything went well after that.
