Read the
announcement with a brief info please on the forums or on the client.
You may also check with the approved streamers, they have additional information.

Having issues with actually receiving rewards. I claim the items as directed, receive the mail on my character and they have all been empty.

Having the same problem, all 4 box ingame mails were empty today. I've posted more details in this thread as I was not aware this Info & FAQ thread had been opened again

The rewards are there, but your client probably didn't patch the new icons. So once you open your mails, please hover over the top left case and you will see there is a reward. It will also be invisible in your inventory, so you need to check the cases and find it.
The only repair to this would be trying to repair the client and/or relaunching the game so it patches a few files.

Which timezone is it you use for "daily drops"? Cause after watching ours on twitch in eu I got nothing for third day.

Twitch Drops rewards will refresh everyday at noon, Altdorf time. It's been added to the rewards thread.
