Return of Reckoning

Can I just start with a: "Wow, this is a thing?"

I played WAR from late beta throughout it's launch and finally until few months after lotd, and I always figured: "meh they'll surely clean it up some day and I'll go back..." Yeah... I haven't even noticed it died until three months later.

Now while I played I've ranked a dozen characters to 40, my favorites were probably my kots and dok. Left both of them 40/~70.

So if you don't mind me asking you kind natives a couple of questions:

How stable/playable is this?
How populated is it, in particular is the destruction still steamrolling order?
How organized are the players, are we talking (low t) free for all or are there actual sieges/pushes and such?
Any special server rules, I mean in addition to common courtesy/sense?
Was the game play changed in any significant fashion to the vanilla WAR, balance changes to spells etc?
^And if not, is there a possibility that it will?

-Log ingame and take a look, many functions work but there are still some left. Only T1 is open and T2 will come soon.

-When there are fights for Lair Bosses it's organized only T1 opened so no sieges.
