The babble in War Bands from a limited number of players can drive a person to PVE.

Line after line of banter, bickering, foul and thoughtless dialogue is not healthy for the game or players.

I know I can not ask players to moderate their typing tenancies, so I plead for some light at the end of the tunnel to empower /Ignore

Right click name, ignore - that works for me

since OP has opened a thread about it, can i add something ?
adding note function to ignore list would be cool. like member note in guild roster.

with that i can manage personal sanctions.
1 week for whine, 1 day for spam or permanent for trolling etc.
put it on names like postit.

I haven't put a single person on ignore, you can just not read all the crap in the chat box

There is an addon to add notes to your friendlist entrys, not sure whether it works for ignore list as well.

actually it doesn't there are a number of channels that do not adhere to ignore.
