moonwalking and animations

updated the client using the launcher, I get into the game fine but my character now for some reason moon walks when I walk sideways like strafeing moonwalking. Also some the animations seem to be odd like its skipping frames. I disabled all addons and changed graphics settings but nothing has worked so far. I even repaired the client to see if that would help but has not. My pc is running a amd radeon hd8800m series.
