Issue with launcher download and character models loading

So i downloaded the torrent, moved the files to my program files folder, downloaded directX 9 or whatever, waited for the launcher to download its 400 something files, it finished, then i started the game, none of the character models would load, so i thought i should just try to restart the game, when i went to do that, the launcher proceeded to start downloading over 170,000 files. what the hell. help me please.

Hey,
maybeeee it's hours to late, but I think you forgot to stop your torrent. close it, burn it!
otherwise, to prevent some other issues or to solve some:
Check if your game is in c:\
Uncheck all "Read Only" in the whole directory
Check if your game is still whitelisted (antvir)
Run the repair function (RoRLauncher > click on the gear > repair, just follow the instruction) < if you still have the floading weapon issue
