Hello, does someone know formula or something about block.parry.etc debuff with str.ws.int.etc

For exemple, what is the amount of block.parry do you remove with 1050 str ?

Not sure about exact formula, but as far as I know 1050 attack skill (say str) vs 1050 def skill (say ws), gives extra 7.5% def chance. So the actual 600-700 ws which mdps are likely to have translates to 4-5% extra parry.

Attack skill only effects bonus from def skill, not from % bonus from renown of items- in other words, if your opponent has 18% parry from renown and 5% more from armor, he will parry 23% of attacks no matter how much str you got. Only thing which works vs those is -% to be parried bonus on armor.
