After the reboot I sometimes can't see messages in chat.
Sometimes I only see the username, commas, question marks etc. https://imgur.com/a/kwYe04Y (Looks like I can't see other languages?)
Sometimes I don't even see the username. Its just empty and the chat is scrolling up as if there were messages. https://imgur.com/a/64sun9E (Here the message appeared later. Looks like it appears delayed after some time.)
I also get the "Region server is unavailable". I don't know if I were getting this message before the reboot, I might have never noticed it because I only recently made my System messages appear in red. https://imgur.com/a/yOttWau
It is rare that the message appears later. Mostly they stay invisible.
So, does anyone know what might be causing this?

so I analysed your pictures, and I think you can't see some character sets...
do you need the russian channel?
If not, right click on the chat tab > filters > uncheck channel 8 and channel 9
observe your chat for a while and scream again if you see some "invisible" text.

Those channels are usually unchecked, I enabled them for testing purposes. I don't think that it's only the Russian letters. I sometimes see people in /advice reply (in english) to message that I don't see.
My friend will play next week, so I will ask him to test this with me. Gona try to figure out what exactly I can't see. Maybe its people from certain regions whose messages don't appear.

One question or tip, if your whole game directory isn't in c:\ just move it, and check your directory rights again.

Just as an update, the bug didn't go away completely, but I barely get this issue anymore. I didn't really do anything, it just fixed itself somehow. I'm 99% sure that it's not actually invisible messages, but rather just chat scrolling up.
I did move the game, but the issue became less frequent before I did it, so I can't tell if moving helped or something else did.
