Chat text colour

Hello all!
My question is simply how to highlight certain words in a different color in chat (for TOL).
I've seen warband leaders use the new warband command addon, which announces in different colour, but also guild advertisement sometimes.
So I think it should be possible, but probably some sort of sequence/string?
