Return of Reckoning

I got bugged joining city que with my wb and didn't get to join. They still win without me but I wasn't able to earn any royal crests for the 3 hours of work I put in due to a single bug in joining ques lol. I tried the script did not work. I am not currently sitting in Altdorf while my WB is in round 2. Is there a way to fix or talk to a gm to get some crests that I just got screwed out of due to bugs.
