#3 action bar disappearance

I cannot use my #3 action bar , it is there in the layout editor can luck unlock it show unshow it but it is never usable , cannot put skills in it or even see it after i save and exit. 1 - 2 -4 -5 all work fine . Any ideas?

I think you are using
VinyUi and this is an
hidebar addon problem.
