Return of Reckoning

I'm not seeing any of the graphical indicators above quest giver's heads any longer, I read through UI settings and didn't see anything that looked like a toggle for that. Any hints to get these back?

Exit game delete cache then restart if that doesnt work try disabling addons

Ok so I deleted the cache folders, ran repair from the launcher, and disabled all addons, still nothing above quest givers heads - what else am I missing?
