Return of Reckoning

In the patch from 19/06/2020 it was mentioned that you could buy talisman containers from the vendor for Officer coins.

"The currencies can also be used to buy lvl 200 containers and blue talisman fragments."

I checked the vendor in Slanesh quarter and it does not offer this option anymore. No containers and not blue talismans.

Was this changed?

They are placed on the regular craft vendors, like the one in the Apex outside the AH.
Cost is 100 coins for Apothecary vial, and 400 for Talisman container.

Any Craft Supply merchant in any chapter or in Altdorf.
Same guy you'd buy your 150 apoth vials from or cultivating stuff.
