Return of Reckoning

I deleted my Book of Binding thinking I would get a new one when I reset my point at another Rally Master. Obviously, this did not happen.

How do I get a new one? People say they're at Quartermasters or Mount Vendors, but they are not.

A secondary point, I think we should change the Book of Binding from an item in inventory to just a skill each player has. It would prevent ever deleting one or having to worry about it. Can probably more accurately control a cooldown that way too.

Nevermind--I finally found it. Norsca Merchant vendor sells them for 5s.

I still recommend just changing it to a skill. But, there's a certain satisfaction of hunting it down for hours and finally finding it...

a skill would be nice!
