Return of Reckoning

I have "repaired" the game client, deleted my cache and re-logged numerous occasions. Still I, along with everyone else on my screen, stand on the mounts and the horse doesn't run. This isn't just me, I see a lot of people asking in advice for the same help

Can anyone give advice on how to fix this please?

Move your game out of Program Files.

moved it out and nothing changed....its now just on my drive....but im still standing on my mount
