Return of Reckoning

I looked everywhere to see if this is a bug and have not seen a post or bug tracker on it. Once the keeps are taken in T2/T3 the zones stay locked all day long and never unlock or reset. Is this by design?

Yeap, once the zones are locked they stay locked until entire campaing resets, but this should not affect you because tier 2-3-4 RvR zones are merged together so you can participate them starting from lvl 16.

WHen you hit 16, you enter the T2+. (Don't worry you will be bolstered 42). T2-3-4 are merged in a unique campaign (for low pop reason at some periods of the day).

So as 16+ you can play with higher lvl friends, in T2, 3, 4, and even forts.
