Return of Reckoning

Vengeance of Nagarythe the damage buff of Shadow Warrior is not working correctly since the patch which focused on SW.

It can only be applied while standing still. Usually it works if you are moving or standing still. I don't think this was an intended change.

There are alot of things that doesnt work for SW right now, we are hoping to see a hotfix for those today
