Missing Ability - SW Glass Arrow

I don't seem to have that ability on my SW among my core abilities. I seem to be the only one who is missing that ability. When I was patching my patch was interrupted once so I wonder if it could be related to it ? I tried repair option on the launcher but nope didn't change anything. So I wonder what could be the cause of that. Any idea ?
