Patch not working

So I have had the game installed for a while. After the update today, I can get to downloading 1/252 and somewhere in the download the launcher just disappears and I have to start over. Is this server access problem? Anyone else having a hard time downloading this patch? Thanks for the help.
P.S. Please don't come in and mention the red text above. This is not an initial install problem.

I am having the exact same issue once it moves to verifying art 2/4 my launcher completely crashes.

I figured it out. For anyone having this issue turn your Antivirus off. Completely shut it down. The rule is not working. Just totally disable it while you download the patch then turn your antivirus back on afterwords.

The rule is working, and we wouldn't suggest turning your AV off completely.

i am having the same problem...something is not working
