Keep getting this error after i follow all the steps in the install guide. made the exception in my windows defender. etc etc. Someone please help me

Sry could not read the pic , resolution I see has blurred text. Silly pad not giving me options to see better resolution

Looks like a windows error
Suspect it is either mouse or keyboard driver based.
Was barely readable (by me at least)
Best I can suggest is reinstall drivers for mouse, keyboard , video.
Anyone else can help the guy with something they have seen fix this ?
