Super punt tactic - rework and procs.

My dear devs.
Tanks have always been my main characters in the game. One day someone came up with the idea of ​​reducing swoard and board tanks using punts not every 10 sec but every 20 sec.
I never understood this decision.
Deciding on snb build you give up on offensive opportunities such as 15% crit tactic (chosen) or 10% crit debuff (KTB), more dmg ect.
In addition, 2h tanks have more powerful CC power. Shouldn't it be the other way around?
I am sure that this change should be undone because if you want to play as a support you give up on offensive abilities but in return you get better than 2h crowd control.
Please think again whether it is worth changing it because there is not a single reason why this unjustified situation still takes place, especially that super punt is the best chosen and KTB tactic.

A similar situation occurs with weapons and shields procs.
Shields and one-handed weapons do not even have one good procs.
2handed have great such as: speed buff, 10% avoid, hp steal ect.
SnB tanks need some love :).
