Return of Reckoning

My guild for my order alts (Bugmans Finest) is bugged. It is showing no guild leader (stromni,) the guild leader toon was not in a guild, and my alts were respawning dead, naked, and with masteries of the guild leader until the lead rejoined. Even after the lead rejoined, there is still no leader on the guild and I cannot quit the guild on the character that was/is the leader.
Is it possible to promote Gromdin to lead, so that stromni can quit and then rejoin?
