Return of Reckoning

Hello all, can some please share what contributes to leveling your guild ( PVE,ORVR,SC's) and if inactive members take away from this. We have a new guild want to know best way to level up. We have about 50 real active members who focus on ORVR and Sc's. Thanks in advance for any responses. I did try searching forums before this post and looked in Wiki as well.
