2 royal crests gone

Yesterday I had 117, today after the restart - 115. Is this a bug, or a planned change?

There was no rollback on crests. It's likely you obtained these crests prior to a server restart and the small, initial rollback on restarts / crashes removed the crests.

If such an issue was wide-spread, i.e. confirmed to be affecting players - there'd be a lot more complaints across T4, Forums and Discord. I'm not suggesting you're wrong, I'm just stating the facts.
Crests don't just vanish unless something happens, and/or we do a rollback, neither of which have been confirmed to be the case.
Not too sure what to suggest in this instance as it seems to be isolated to yourself and we don't return any items that have been lost or are missing.
