Return of Reckoning

Whenever I boot up the launcher and click update after a little bit this error message pops up:

Error Downloading updater:
System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\adamt\Desktop\ReturnOfReckoning-March2020\Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning\RoRLauncher.exe' because it is being used by another process.

I'm not particularly tech savvy so I am unsure as to what to do to fix this, if I have missed a link that will help me overcome this issue then I apologise for wasting your time and if I could be pointed to that it would be much appreciated.

You have a second Launcher open and/or one of the files.

OR... your torrent is still seeding the files - pause the torrent.
