Return of Reckoning

Had trouble with the launcher. Errors keep coming up when trying to launch. Redownloaded the game. Reset to 64bit as directed. Used site http://launcher.returnofreckoning.com/rorlauncher.exe. It starts to download 171,902 files. Is this correct? Otherwise it won't connect to update.
