Return of Reckoning

Hi guys,

I'm thinking about returning to play RoR.
But my question is:
Is it possible to max out all RVR Influence? I kind of OCD I have.
When I played a year ago, I couldn't.
(If you hit next tier, you became a chicken and could no longer gain influence in the lower tier)

Tier 2-4 are merged nowadays so you basically play t2-4 from rank 16 and upwards. Thus, you can easily complete the rvr influence from those tiers. it is also possible to complete in T1 but that is a bit more annoying as you need top focus on the influence and probably completely skip scenarios.
