Initiative stat (calcs, min/maxing/etc)

Hello,
I'd like talk about the usefulness of a higher initiative besides reducing your chances to be crit. I always run with 2xfutile strikes (3 in WB/cities) and a good amount of ini (>250, usually a lot more, around 350 on my WH) to get my chance to be crit to at least 0 (ideally below). However, I'd like to know if some math or theorycrafting experts took into consideration some more benefits that might go with higher values: e.g., I know that having a high ini is useful for avoiding being spotted while in stealth. I'll make a bad example: let's say target gets Ini debuffed from a WH or ASW. If I hit the same target with more Ini than my usual numbers, could I get more chance to crit it?
Thanks
