Entering game inncorect username/password issue

Hi to you all kind people,
this morning my computer broke down and I made a new Warhammer game installation on a new pc, and with the same login and password, I haven't been able to enter the game. Tho I changed the password on this forum account due to the fact I forgot it. And now I can't enter the game. My login is LukaVisnjic45. Pls help, id like to play again
