Launcher downloading unneccesary files.

Just downloaded the torrent file.
Copied the files to the desktop.
Closed the torrent completely. (Stopped seeding too)
Unchecked read-only.
Gave admin privilege.
Opened launcher. Selected 64 bit restarted it.
Launcher started to download 16.6k files. Heard if there was a problem it would download 170k so my problem seems to be a little different.
I dont use any antivirus or malware detection.

Seems that some parts are missing. Don't know why
Torrent is directly from the site. Not an old torrent or anything.
edit1: I've also tried repairing. Continues to download where it left off.
edit2: I've let it download like 2.3k files. When i removed the file via the torrent app a 280mb chunk was there so im guessing thats the downloaded part. Since i completely deleted and downloaded again im still at 16.6k files.
edit3: I checked the file size of the folder couple times. it was 10.9ish now 11.1 its legit downloading stuff. I asked at the discord whats size of the folder. I think it should be 11.8. I seriously dont know what my computer does to that 900mb or im actually suppose to download it ?
edit4: The download finished. Total filesize is 12.5 gigs. Game works fine i guess. Only saw the character creation tho. If any moderator wants to help about what my problem was be my guest if not you can close this topic.
