Return of Reckoning

I only earned the 1st 2 tiers...Selected Renown Pot and the Bear Helm...items never went into my bag? Selected again...got message I already claimed this reward. I wrote a Bug report ingame …. Got a mail saying I need to report this on the forums??? I just wanted a GM to check to look in my bag see I never got reward and be able to generate a new reward for me. Is this possible?

Staff can't generate / provide you with gear, regardless of what happened to it. Other people are able to claim their loot, so you should be able to too.

Make sure you're only collecting 1 reward at a time, not both.
