Return of Reckoning

I tryed to buy sov cloak (while still not having full invader), so the 33 crests were deducted but the item didn't go into my inventory, tryed to check buyback at the vendor but theres nothing in there....

can someone help me please, these are not officer medallions, these are hard earned crests...:/
