Seal of Domination exchange for Royal Crest

I want to suggest simple thing – make [Seal of Domination] available to exchange for some amount of [Royal Crest]
I know that something like this was suggested before. However, almost all armor sets are implemented right now, and it would be cool to reward some old players.
