Return of Reckoning

I have been trying for a while now to play but every time i select connect that error appears.

I have followed the installation step by step several times. Reinstalled the game and all.
Anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong? Im about to give up, honestly.

yeah, and i also did that in the firewall
