Abilities / Tactics having 0 value.

Evening!
There's a few people saying that their abilities don't have any values and everything is 0 for them. (That's not fun).
I've uploaded my data.myp file here:
https://easyupload.io/9jqivr
Make a copy of your current data.myp file incase swapping these out does not work for you. However, for those that have reported the problem, swapping the files seems to have fixed it for them.

I am Getting "Error 1020" instead access to the data.myp file.
Page says
"Access denied"
"This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks."

In addition to correcting the 0-value issue, this also addressed another issue I was having with certain secondary resource abilities (like DOK heals that use soul essence, for example) being constantly greyed out. Good stuff.
