Return of Reckoning

If I move say the warcamp to the lakes(prompting "You have entered" message), my game hangs for about 2 seconds.
I've tried disabling normal addons I usually play with and have tried deleting Interface/User/Cache folders to start from scratch but the problem persists. Finally tried going though the EA addons and found disabling these default addon cause the issue to go away but that means I can play with map or see status of rvr objectives.

I think EA_OpenPartyWindow updating may also have something to do with it, but can't keep it disabled as it re-enables itself.

How can I fix this? It's causing me to freeze and get killed every time i fight near a zone boarder.

If you're between 16-39, this is probably the Bolster effect. Increasing all your stats in such a short period of time causes an FPS stutter.

also disabling lightmaps in video options reduce those zoning stutters
