Return of Reckoning

This is just to help dev find problems not a lame post or something else.

I noticed many quests (tested with some alt pgs) who are supposed to make me choose between items are not working. The quest gets completed and i receive exp BUT no items are received afterwards.

The quests i amtalking to are in order side Lady Coach inn and Destro side Sorcerer's Axiom areas (mostly all quests do this to me)

I notice that with quests that should only reward you once and rewards u the items as many times as steps the quest has. In the chain-line im only able to get the item once.
