Invalid Username_Password

Greetings! New user recently signed up. Although I can login to the forums I cannot login to the game. I have already reset my password within the forum but still no dice to launch the game.

Make sure you don't have any special characters in your password.

I did originally but I reset it via the website now. It's all letters and numbers.

Changed the password for a second time and it worked.
