Return of Reckoning

Hi everyone , i need some help iam getting the error (0xc000007b) everytime i try to connect from launcher sinces yesterday, someone know how to fix it? i guess its about some dll missing or corrupted but i dnt know, and i dnt have the admin password so cant manipulate system folder ...anyway any kind of advice will be appreciated

according to interwebz it's fixed by enabling admin rights, making sure .net framework is up to date, windows update is also up to date, reinstalling the game (from a fresh d/l would be wise) and/or reinstalling DX9.

I would start by making sure it runs in admin mode, then updating .net and win update since that is the least annoying, if still not working uninstall and reinstall DX9, if still not working find the latest game d/l, uninstall and reinstall the game from that.
